Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destination
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or US federal holidays — those are picked up the next business day.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed starting the following business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order ships, transit takes 3–5 business days. From the date your order is placed, total estimated delivery is 4–8 business days.
These are estimates based on typical carrier performance. They are not delivery guarantees. Factors outside our control — carrier volume, weather, and peak shipping periods — can affect actual delivery dates.
5. Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your delivery address, package size, and available service at the time of shipment. All carriers we use provide shipment tracking.
6. Order Tracking & Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number directly on the carrier's website to follow your package.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@godshallwoodcraft.com.
7. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery estimates can be affected by high carrier volume during peak periods such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year. Weather events, natural disasters, and carrier service disruptions are also outside our control.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
Under FTC guidelines, if we become aware of a delay that will push your order beyond the stated estimate, we will notify you and give you the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.
8. Lost, Damaged & Stolen Packages
Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us within 7 days at support@godshallwoodcraft.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Once the investigation is complete, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the outcome.
Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Stolen packages: If your tracking confirms delivery but the package is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors and your building management first. If it still cannot be located, contact us within 7 days. We will do what we can to assist, but we are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
9. Incorrect Address & Returned Packages
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to correct your address, contact us at support@godshallwoodcraft.com as soon as possible — ideally before your order ships.
If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you within 7 days of receiving it. You will have the option to pay for re-shipment to a corrected address. If we do not hear back within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus any return shipping costs incurred.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
10. International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders ship to US addresses only.
